A) Because women are terrible conversationalist

B) Because we actively listen then respond to generalized attacks on men. When women say, "why do men always do this or that, the appropriate response, is to respond to that generalized attack on men in general. And then there's the fact women win many arguments by pretending to be offended, generalizations allow all parties involved to maintain a degree of neutrality.

C) You're right and I hear, I can work to not do that.
