How can a woman accuse a man of "stringing her along" if they both agreed to a "no strings attached relationship" in the beginning?

The answer is "B" if you're seeking a mature woman in your life, "A" shows that she's totally incapable of accountability, "buyer beware".  The woman who answers "B" is someone you can maintain peace with while the woman who answers "A" would probably seek childish ways to provoke you when she's not getting her way.

A)  Because, after a certain amount of time she's expecting him to grow up and take control by showing he wants something different.

B)  I disagree, she shouldn't accuse him of stringing her along. She should handle it like a mature adult and have a conversation with him to see if he's ready to change their relationship dynamics.

C)  Honestly, I can see it both ways.

D)  I need to explain that in my own words.
